Preparation of Wills

We can prepare a will for singles with a simple estate for $550.00 (inclusive of GST).

We can also assist with complicated estates which may include:

• Company or shareholders agreements
• Trusts
• International Assets
• Leaving someone out of your Will
• Right to Occupy/Life Estate
• Self-managed super funds

Our priority is to provide you with a fixed price so that you can engage our office with certainty and avoid any hidden costs.  However, if your instructions to us change during the preparation of the Will, then our fees may change.

Will Packages

A will package includes a will and the following documents:

• an Enduring Financial Power of Attorney 
• an Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker
• an Advance Care Directive
• Information on your Binding Death Benefit Nomination (superannuation) 

If you have a particular request that falls outside of the above, we can provide a bespoke package for you that is tailored to your specific needs.

If you require the assistance of an interpreter, there will be an additional fee payable.  We will provide an estimate for your consideration if this applies to you.
