Do not commence preparing the documents until the Statement of Events has been checked and confirmed by E C Legal as being in an acceptable format.
The E C Legal staff member handling the matter will provide you with an E C Legal reference number. This number and the name of the staff member should be put on all correspondence to our office.

Complete the list with the documents listed in chronological order from the oldest at the top to the newest.
Do not leave any documents out – even if you think they are unimportant or adverse to your case. It is essential we have everything that you have.
When it’s finished, send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or direct to the E C Legal staff member handling the matter as a Word document. Do not change it to PDF or other format.
The E C Legal staff member will advise if the List of Documents appears to be complete and in a proper format.
Be ready to scan each document and name it using the number given in the List of Documents e.g. 001.pdf; 002.pdf etc.
The E C Legal staff member will create a folder on a cloud drive to which you can upload the documents in PDF format.
